Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Before you pay

AuraLeads offers a Free plan without a card. Paid plans do not include a free trial at launch. Before checkout we show the plan, price in USD, billing frequency and automatic-renewal terms.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel from Settings or by writing to billing@getauraleads.com. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; paid access continues through the current period and then moves to Free. Submit a support request if self-service cancellation fails.

3. Refund requests

To request a refund, contact billing@getauraleads.com with your account email, plan, payment date, amount and PayPal transaction ID. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.

Except where law requires otherwise, used billing periods and automatic renewals are non-refundable. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, incorrect amounts and prolonged failures attributable to AuraLeads that materially prevent use of the paid service.

4. Mandatory withdrawal rights

If Costa Rican consumer law applies, remote transactions may carry a withdrawal period of eight business days. For services already being performed, any refund may be limited to the portion not performed, as applicable law provides. When a statutory refund applies, we will use the required timing and, where possible, the original payment method.

This section prevails over any voluntary no-refund rule. Rights in another mandatory jurisdiction also remain unaffected.

5. PayPal and app stores

PayPal may separately handle unauthorized-payment or buyer-protection claims. Contacting us first often lets us resolve the issue faster, but does not remove PayPal rights. Future Apple or Google purchases will be refunded and managed under the applicable store process and mandatory law.
