Information we collect

When you contact us or request our services, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, and any details you send us.

If you create an account in the AuraLeads app, we process the data needed to run your account and workspace (your email, name, and the leads and reminders you choose to store).

We store a small preference in your browser (your light/dark theme choice). It is not used for tracking.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and provide our appointment-setting services.

To operate, secure, and improve the AuraLeads app and website.

To process payments for paid plans, and to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run AuraLeads: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

The app also lets you delete your account and its data directly from Settings.
